Title: Country Head/Lead/Manager (Product Sales)Location: Chile/PeruEducation: Bachelor's in PharmacyLicensing:Pharmacists must register with the National Pharmaceutical Board (Colegio Químico Farmacéutico del Perú).Pharmacists must register with the Chilean College of Pharmacists (Colegio de Químicos Farmacéuticos).Key Responsibilities:Primary Responsibility: Medical Device Sales and Commercialization StrategySales Strategy & Implementation:Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization strategy for assigned medical devices.Identify target markets, customer segments, and potential partnerships in the healthcare ecosystem.Conduct product demos and training for healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospital staff, and distributors.Market Expansion:Build relationships with hospitals/clinics/therapy centers, and distributors to expand the market presence.Identify growth opportunities through market research, key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, and competitor analysis.Sales Targets & Performance:Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned products.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales performance, client feedback, and competitor activities.Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with regulatory, marketing, and operations teams to ensure compliance and alignment with customer needs.Coordinate post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Secondary Responsibility: Service Sales (Legal & Regulatory Services)Promote and sell complementary services, such as legal representation services/Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) services.Create and present service proposals tailored to client needs.Provide ongoing support to clients with service-related queries and ensure seamless service delivery.Additional Responsibility: Country Head FunctionsStrategic Leadership:Represent the company in the designated country or region, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.Develop and execute country-specific strategies for sales, marketing, and business development.Team Management:Build, manage, and lead a high-performing sales and operations team to achieve business objectives.Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure all business activities comply with local regulatory and legal requirements.Mitigate risks associated with product sales, service delivery, and external partnerships.Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for high-value customers, healthcare organizations, and governmental bodies.Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance market credibility and visibility.Financial Oversight:Monitor the country’s P&L (Profit and Loss) performance, managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.Identify cost-saving measures without compromising service quality or operational efficiency.Business Growth:Identify opportunities for new product launches and service expansions in the region.Collaborate with global teams to adapt strategies to local market needs and conditions.Key Qualifications and Skills:Pharmacist License or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.Proven track record in medical device sales and business development.Strong understanding of the healthcare and regulatory landscape for medical devices.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and manage teams.Experience in managing country-level operations, including financial oversight and compliance.
