You will be responsible for executing BD initiatives and managing a team of Business Development Managers to drive revenue growth across key markets.The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of individual Business Development experience and 2+ years managing BD teams in a target-driven FX & CFDs sales environment.This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of client acquisition (hunting), and ability to maximize long-term client value (farming).Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and manage a team, set sales targets, conduct performance reviews, and foster a results-oriented sales culture.Business Development & Personal Contribution: Drive acquisition of IBs, affiliates, institutional clients, and retail partnerships; manage relationships to increase trading volumes and revenue.Sales Strategy & Execution: Define and implement regional/global strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop partner programs.Revenue Management & Reporting: Own team P&L, oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and provide insights to leadership.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure activities comply with regulations, lead onboarding due diligence.Market Intelligence & Business Innovation: Monitor market trends, drive innovation in BD approaches, and differentiate services.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in FX & CFDs industry.Minimum 2 years managing BD teams.Strong knowledge of FX & CFDs products, trading platforms, and partner programs.Proven success in hunting and farming portfolios.Ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L.Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with CRM tools and performance tracking.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Multilingual abilities are a plus.Additional Information:Seniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Business Development and SalesIndustries: Outsourcing and Offshoring ConsultingThis job is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
