The Role Position Title: Business Banking Sales Officer – Broker Channel Principal Duties & Responsibilities Sell the Bank's MSME products through different broker groups within the Bank to meet monthly sales targets. Ensure proper execution, pre-screening/KYC, and closing of transactions for the brokers' clients. Achieve sales and channel productivity targets through turn-in and booking volumes; conversion of leads; and minimizing document deficiencies. Implement marketing programs, showcases, sales blitzes, and other campaigns. Lead the cadence for Broker Awarding events and ensure the Business Banking Support Team tracks brokers' production for rewards. Organize events/activities, including awarding activities; generate leads. Provide regular updates to partners regarding their performance, new product offers, promotions, policies, processes, and turnaround times. Conduct engagement meetings or communication blasts to relevant audiences. Conduct product training, orientation, or refreshers for brokers, including MSME education or financial literacy seminars. Issue certificates of training, attendance, or accreditation. Make sales calls on own leads or broker leads and submit call reports. Develop skills in credit and mortgage training, financial analysis, communication, presentation, sales (hunter), AMLA due diligence, etc. Ideal Profile Minimum 1 year of experience, including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services. Strong networker and relationship builder. Strong team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders. Adaptable and thrive in changing environments. Willing to undertake 30-60% travel. Years of Work Experience: 1 - 5 Years Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree What's on Offer?
