Act as a legal Business Partner to all business necessities in Chile and Ecuador, handling all activities related to contractual negotiations and statutory obligations. Draft complex transactions and contracts independently, and provide comprehensive and contextual legal advice and guidance, including training key customers in specified legal areas. Your Key Responsibilities: Act as a legal Business Partner for all business needs in Chile and Ecuador, focusing on contractual negotiations and statutory obligations.Draft complex transactions and contracts independently, providing comprehensive legal advice and guidance.Identify operational, ethical, reputational, labor, and other risks related to business activities, and propose potential solutions.Conduct robust risk assessments to substantiate recommendations and advise on appropriate actions to support management decision processes.Manage significant disputes, litigation, and investigations, making decisions independently within a broad framework.Guide, counsel, and support the work of junior legal counsels, paralegals, and support staff.Provide expertise in one or more substantive areas (e.g., Transactions, Litigation, HR, and Regulatory) and lead legal projects and transactions (e.g., Licensing and Divestment).Lead, direct, and develop the legal resources.Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt. Key Performance Indicators: Provide problem-solving, business-oriented legal advice, assessed through appropriate customer feedback.Ensure compliance with reporting obligations.Set priorities and manage a wide-ranging workload effectively. What You Will Bring to the Role: At least 8 years of experience, preferably in pharmaceutical companies.Industry and business exposure.Accountability.Functional breadth.Project management.People leadership.
