Descripción del cargo: Buscamos un abogado con sólida formación y experiencia en el sector financiero para integrarse a Moneda Patria Investments. La persona seleccionada será clave en el desarrollo y gestión del área legal, proporcionando asesoría en cumplimiento normativo, regulación financiera y gobierno corporativo. Principales funciones: Apoyar en la estructuración y desarrollo de fondos de inversión tanto nacionales como extranjeros, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa aplicable. Supervisar y gestionar el cumplimiento regulatorio ante la Comisión para el Mercado Financiero y otros organismos pertinentes. Preparar, revisar y negociar contratos relacionados con la operación de la administradora de fondos y corredora de bolsa. Brindar apoyo legal en la relación con inversionistas y en procesos de levantamiento de capital. Monitorear cambios regulatorios y evaluar su impacto en la administradora y sus fondos administrados. Gestionar relación con asesores externos, nacionales y extranjeros. Requisitos: Título de abogado habilitado para ejercer en Chile. Experiencia laboral de alrededor de 5 años. Se valora experiencia en la industria financiera, preferentemente en administradoras de fondos o corredoras de bolsa. Conocimiento en regulación financiera, mercado de valores y normativa de la CMF.
