Job Description The main responsibilities of this role are to provide service to clients through advisory work and detection of opportunities, responding timely and in quality to requests and with in-depth analysis of strategic variables for business. Responsibilities Collaborate in the analysis and interpretation of the information of the services that NielsenIQ provides to the ClientTake administrative control of the accounts of our clients. Prepare work orders (jobs orders). Track Client Service requests. Advise clients on market research issues to facilitate decision making. Execute activities related to special projects to facilitate the development of new products and processes that meet the needs of the company and customers Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in: Administration, Industrial Engineer, Marketing or similar Previous experience 0 months - 2 year in market research, sales or trade marketing areas or working with consultancies or agencies of market research. Job Description The Associate Director - Predictive Analytics & Business Intelligence is responsible for implementing and localizing global product design principles within their assigned region. They ensure that the RMS design standards are maintained while adapting to specific market needs and constraints. The role acts as the regional guardian for design consistency, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of NIQ’s product offerings. Responsibilities Implement global design principles within the regional context, ensuring alignment with global PDE standards. Act as a liaison between global PDE leadership and regional teams, translating design strategies into regional execution plans. Support design implementation across countries, ensuring adherence to defined product specifications and tiered structures. Lead regional design audits, root cause investigations, and corrective actions to ensure design quality and sustainability. Partner with Operations, Methods, Data Science Market leaders and Enablement teams within region to ensure design decisions are executable, efficient, and aligned with revenue goals. Drive region-specific enhancements and innovations in partnership with global PDE, leveraging AI/ML where applicable. Support cost optimization efforts by identifying RES efficiencies, alternate data sources, and design simplifications. Promote capability building across the region by mentoring country teams and ensuring awareness of design updates and methodologies.
