Job Description Job Summary The Oncology Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products specific to the field of oncology. This role requires building and maintaining strong engagement with healthcare professionals, such as oncologists, hematologists, and other key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of oncology treatment protocols and demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: Promote and sell oncology pharmaceutical products to assigned healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. Develop and maintain engagement with key decision-makers, including oncologists, hematologists, nurses, pharmacists, and medical staff. Provide product information and promotional messages to HCPs. Support and participate in Medical Education Events. Weekly preparation of plans for visits and activities. Compliance with the Internal SOPs and company requirements. Preparation of daily routes that will ensure efficient coverage of the territory and report the visit calls carried out. Use of appropriate promotional techniques and sales skills.
