Your Impact You will work collaboratively in teams including experts in different disciplines, gaining exposure to leadership and receiving extensive additional training to expand your skills set. The Business Analyst program will last at least 36 months.During the first year, you will be part of our Client Development Hub, working with partners from all the region to develop client proposals in specific sectors from the beginning of your professional experience and become an expert throughout your career. After a year, you will have the opportunity to work directly on a project with highly talented individuals from our offices, practices and clients, and have lasting impact on some of the largest corporations in Latin America. Following your business analyst tenure, assuming good performance, you will move into a post-graduate school role. Some business analysts will take advantage of the opportunity to get outside experience through a secondment (externship) with a private sector or social sector client with the firm's support. Others may choose to pursue graduate school with support from the firm.
