You will be responsible for: Support our sales advisors and team in capturing and following up on leads Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering accurate information Develop long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers Learn about the immigration process and the services we offer Are you the ideal candidate? You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in supervising sales, customer service, sale of services, sales by chat or call center sales Are you a bilingual person? (English-Spanish) Are you kind and empathetic?
