Comunicación y Relaciones Públicas: Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de comunicación de la división: Elaborar comunicados de prensa, materiales de difusión y contenido para diferentes plataformas, asegurando una comunicación efectiva de los logros y actividades de la división. Construir y mantener relaciones con medios de comunicación y stakeholders clave: Establecer una red de contactos con periodistas, bloggers, influencers y otras partes interesadas para promover una imagen positiva de la división. Gestionar las relaciones con los medios y atender sus consultas. Monitorear, medir y reportar el impacto de las acciones de comunicación: Analizar los resultados de las estrategias de comunicación, utilizando indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs), y presentar informes periódicos a la gerencia. Liderazgo en Sustentabilidad e Impacto Social: Diseñar, implementar y gestionar proyectos de sustentabilidad alineados con los objetivos ESG: Liderar iniciativas que aborden los aspectos ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza, contribuyendo a los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible de la empresa. Coordinar las actividades relacionadas con las causas de la división y las marcas: Organizar y gestionar las actividades relacionadas con las causas sociales que apoya la división y las marcas, incluyendo la colaboración con ONGs y la gestión de voluntarios. Monitorear, medir y reportar el impacto de las iniciativas de sustentabilidad: Establecer KPIs, realizar el seguimiento del progreso de los proyectos, analizar los resultados y presentar informes a la gerencia y otros stakeholders. REQUISITOS Experiencia previa en relaciones publicas y sustentabilidad Habilidades comerciales, presupuestos y negociacion. Conocimiento de relaciones con medios de comuncación. Negociar con proveedores y administrar el presupuesto asignado: Seleccionar y gestionar proveedores, negociar contratos y controlar los gastos, garantizando la eficiencia en el uso de los recursos. Supervisar la logística completa del evento: Coordinar todos los aspectos logísticos, incluyendo la selección del lugar, la gestión de invitados, la coordinación del equipo, el montaje, el desmontaje y la resolución de imprevistos.
