Role Overview As the Team Leader for Business Development, you will lead a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand partnerships across the LATAM region. Your responsibilities include team management, strategy development, and direct client engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on LATAM markets.Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.Analyze team performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.Attend and lead team participation in LATAM expos, conferences, and client meetings. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.Strong understanding of LATAM financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred.
