As a remote Sales Development Representative at Kiflo, you will be on the frontlines of our growth by connecting with potential customers across both the US and EU markets, generating high-quality opportunities for our Account Executives. Your mission is to spark interest, build relationships, and book demos that convert into long-term customers. We strongly believe in personal growth and development. You’ll receive ongoing coaching and guidance from our sales leadership, ensuring you’re supported, improving your skills, and set up for success. You’ll be the go-to person for engaging prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, ensuring every interaction is personalized, professional, and value-driven. Your success will directly fuel Kiflo’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate is fluent in verbal and written English, proactive, and naturally curious. You’re comfortable speaking with decision makers, know how to leverage sales tools to work smarter, and thrive in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment. If you speak additional languages, that’s a huge plus. In a given month, you will: Identify the right target accounts and personas who would benefit from KifloReach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads, including a minimum of 50 cold calls per dayPersonalize outreach using modern sales engagement tools like Lemlist, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorConduct discovery conversations to uncover needs and challengesBook meetings and demos for our Account Executives to close dealsCollaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize messaging and campaignsMaintain accurate records of outreach activities and results in our CRM (HubSpot)Continuously improve your approach based on feedback and performance metrics You should have: Fluent English speaking and writing skillsExperience in customer-facing or sales roles (bonus if in a SaaS company)Strong communication skills over phone, email, and social channelsKnowledge of modern prospecting tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc.)A self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and meet targetsCuriosity, resilience, and motivation to grow within a sales career It’s not mandatory, but it’s great if you have: Proficiency in another language (Spanish or French)Previous experience booking meetings for Account Executives in B2B SaaSUnderstanding of partner ecosystems, channel sales, or PRM solutions Why work with us? 100 percent remote first company (we believe in trust and autonomy)Move fast and learn in the challenging environment of a fast-growing startup1 annual team retreats ✈️5 weeks PTOA tight-knit international team that loves what they do and supports each other Here’s what our recruitment process looks like: Discovery call (30 min) with Steven, our CEO, to align on expectations, goals, and the roleCall with our Head of Sales (30 min) to assess your sales skills and alignment with the SDR roleCulture call (30 min) with a few team members to ensure mutual alignment and that we're a great fit for each other About Us Kiflo is a cloud based B2B SaaS platform that empowers companies to create, manage, and scale their partnership programs (Affiliate, Referral and Resellers).
