Senior Territory Account Manager – Chile The Role We are looking for an experienced, innovative, and inspirational Senior Major Account Manager to grow and develop our relationship with Service Provider Sales covering Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Peru across all relevant areas/departments. This Account Manager will lead all aspects of the evolution of the accounts and be responsible for growing annual revenue transactions across all Juniper infrastructure solutions by working closely and having existing contacts with top executives in the accounts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record working within Service Provider Sales covering Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Peru. The candidate must be able to effectively connect with key stakeholders by executing multiple priorities simultaneously. What You Will Do Expand Juniper’s market share by selling products and solutions to Service Providers in Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay & Peru by resolving complex problems for them and in areas where Juniper is not present now.Identify customer needs and turn those into potential opportunities for Juniper. Lead the technical and commercial agenda.Identify competition pain points and turn those into a competitive advantage for Juniper.Engage with senior management/key decision makers within Service Providers to position Juniper’s unique solutions.Work with all customer support functions involved in or influencing Juniper business developments (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, etc.)Improve business relationships and interworking with Juniper’s partners to have a win-win relationship.Articulate, develop, and execute sound sales strategies including opportunity identification and development, messaging, marketing actions, etc.Management of internal business cadence/reporting – weekly accurate business forecasting, deep dive business reviews (account planning) and SFDC management and hygiene.Quarterback Juniper’s support resources (sales engineering, finance, legal, etc) to achieve goals. The experience and SKILLS we would like you to have Hunter, not farmer.Results driven.Under pressure performer.Wide experience negotiating with executive-level buyers on multi-million$/multi-product deals.Adapted to work in complex matrix organizations with geographically dispersed, virtual and multicultural teams.Exceptional teamworker – lead with example.Fast learner.Broad-based technological awareness, complemented by knowledge of networking solutions, routing, switching and security concepts/products within the networking arena.Experience working with SP in Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay & Peru.A proven track record of success selling to and through large, complex, service providers.Experience developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and presenting networking, security, or related high-tech solutions.Demonstrable strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills and using a win/win philosophy.The ability to articulate success records and define how a vendor can make a difference.Relationship management skills that translate into identifying decision-makers and influencers.Must have the ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong team player.Fluent in English.
