Instala y/o repara paneles de yeso y yeso. Aplica cuentas de esquina, cintas, parches, arenas, tiras, lava y ceba superficies, devuelve las áreas a la orden de trabajo cuando se completa el proyecto. Inspecciona varias superficies dañadas (por ejemplo, yeso, paneles de yeso, áreas dañadas por el agua, grietas en el techo y la pared) para su remodelación. Debe utilizar las herramientas y el equipo de manera adecuada al tiempo que contribuye a un entorno de trabajo seguro. Todos y cada uno de los demás deberes y tareas asignados. Generar Reportes semanales de actividades programadas o proactivas para presentar a cliente. Control de los programas de mantenimiento desarrollados en forma interna. Labores de mantenimiento menor de apoyo para el cliente y otras especialidades del equipo de trabajo. Atención de emergencias 24/7 en turnos rotativos según especialidad y necesidades del clientes en sus sitios.
