This role is responsible for managing comprehensive facility operations and client relationships across Chile, Peru, and Colombia, delivering exceptional service quality while leading teams to achieve operational excellence, financial targets, and contract compliance in accordance with JLL standards. What is your day to day? Proactively develop and manage client relationships ensuring service level agreements and KPIs are met or exceeded Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and critical systems maintenance across assigned portfolio sites Lead and develop professional teams while managing vendor performance and contract compliance Coordinate repairs, maintenance, minor works, and building moves/changes as key point of contact Manage operational budgets, quarterly forecasting, and annual capital planning processes Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and risk management policies and procedures Deliver portfolio management reports and identify operational efficiencies to drive cost savings Desired Experience And Technical Skills Facilities management experience in commercial real estate across Latin American markets Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor payment processing Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and vendor relationships Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, critical systems) Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/Portuguese and English) Project management experience for small-scale construction activities Required Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or related field Proven track record in client relationship management and service delivery Strong leadership and team development capabilities Financial management and budget control experience Preferred Professional facilities management certifications (CFM, FMP) Experience in Chile, Peru, or Colombia markets Capital project management experience Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and compliance standards
