Job DescriptionAs a Senior Animator, you will be a key contributor to defining the motion and personality of characters, creatures, and environments. You will work closely with the art director, designers, and character artists to create animations that are both technically precise and emotionally impactful. This position requires an experienced animator with a strong understanding of movement and timing, a love for character expression through animation, and the skills to deliver high-quality animations in a real-time setting that enhance the gameplay experience.ResponsibilitiesArtistic Vision: Collaborate with the art director to shape and drive the visual style of all in-game animationsCross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the art director, concept artists, designers, and character artists to ensure cohesive animation that supports gameplay and art directionPipeline Development: Collaborate with the technical art team to develop and refine animation pipelines and workflows to improve production efficiency, quality, and consistencyContribution: Create high-quality rigs and animations for real-time charactersProject Management: Work with the other leaders on the team to manage timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and identify any resource needs or roadblocks in productionIterate and Improve: Receive and apply feedback from art director and design, iterating on animations to achieve the desired quality and performanceMentorship and Guidance: Provide feedback and mentorship to other animators, contributing to a collaborative and growth-focused team cultureQualificationsGame Experience: Passion for one or more of the following genres: MOBA, RTS, Card, Strategy, Roguelike.
