Job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior System Administrator to join our team in Santiago, Chile. In this role, you will oversee and optimize IT infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on modern desktop solutions, Azure, Office 3 6 5, and advanced network administration. You will be a key figure in driving technology solutions that empower business efficiency and growth.Key Responsibilities: Design, manage, and maintain robust modern desktop environments using Azure and Office 3 6 5 platforms. Oversee and fine-tune network infrastructure, including advanced configuration and monitoring of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Perform proactive troubleshooting and resolution of complex network-related issues, ensuring seamless connectivity and security. Lead IT support operations, including user management, permissions, system updates, and escalations. Address hardware and software incidents, minimizing downtime and maximizing client satisfaction. Develop and implement ITIL-aligned processes such as incident, problem, and change management. Serve as a trusted advisor and point of escalation for MSP clients, ensuring effective communication and exceptional service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to create and deploy innovative IT solutions tailored to client objectives. Mentor junior team members and provide leadership in high-pressure situations.Requirements: Extensive experience with Azure and Office 3 6 5 administration, including architecture and advanced configurations. Advanced expertise in network administration (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, firewalls, VLANs, and high-level troubleshooting tools). Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks, with proven success in implementing best practices. Significant experience managing operations in an MSP environment, including leadership roles. English level B 2 or higher (upper-intermediate proficiency). Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving skills. Strong leadership capabilities and ability to mentor and guide team members.
