Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Santiago for a Senior Field Force Coordinator. The role involves managing and coordinating regional field force operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the effective execution of business strategies in the field. The Senior Field Force Coordinator will support the planning, monitoring, and reporting of on-ground activities and implement best practices. Responsibilities include liaising with cross-functional teams, maintaining effective communication between departments, and meeting operational targets.
