Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Controller to lead and scale the accounting and finance operations for our growing consumer-focused business. This leader will be both strategic and operational—owning financial integrity while actively partnering with executive leadership and external clients. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Strategy Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, revenue recognition, inventory, and cost accounting.Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness.Ensure compliance with GAAP and all regulatory requirements.Develop, implement, and optimize internal controls and financial policies.Partner with executive leadership on financial planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is methodical, skeptical of numbers until proven, and comfortable operating in a high-volume, multi-entity environment. You should enjoy reconciling messy data, navigating jurisdiction-level rules, and holding both internal teams and clients accountable for clean inputs. This is an execution-heavy role with real ownership over outcomes—not a review-only position. Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with Real Estate experience to support a portfolio of real estate clients. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting, accurate transaction processing, and supporting month-end close under the guidance of senior accounting leadership. The ideal candidate has hands-on real estate accounting experience, is comfortable working across multiple entities, and can manage recurring accounting tasks independently while escalating issues appropriately.
