Job responsibilities: 1. Analyze the needs of photovoltaic storage systems for overseas industrial and commercial user scenarios and design highly adaptable system configuration solutions; 2. Output the selection and capacity calculation of key components including photovoltaic modules, energy storage batteries, inverters, EMS, etc., and complete electrical topology design, safety protection design and economic analysis; 3. Be familiar with international standards to ensure that the solution meets the grid connection specifications, fire protection and environmental protection requirements of Chile. 4. Deeply understand the customer's power load characteristics, electricity price policies and energy management goals, and provide customized energy storage system technical suggestions; 5. Prepare technical proposals, feasibility reports and bidding documents, and participate in customer technical clarification meetings. 6. Assist in handling on-site technical issues to ensure that system commissioning, acceptance and document delivery meet customer requirements. 7. Track energy storage policies, technology trends and competitive product dynamics, and refine technical selling points; 8. Develop standardized solution templates and technical training materials to improve solution output efficiency. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering, new energy, automation and other related majors; 2. More than 3 years of experience in photovoltaic/energy storage system design, and has led the full process delivery of overseas industrial and commercial energy storage projects; 3. Familiar with the characteristics of lithium batteries, the working principles of BMS, PCS and EMS systems, and master simulation tools such as PVsyst/HOMER; 4. Familiar with Chile's local photovoltaic storage subsidy policy, grid access process and VPP business model (plus points); 5. Fluent in local language and English, able to write technical documents and communicate in meetings across time zones; 6. Have a strong sense of customer service and can quickly understand the needs of diversified scenarios.
