Purpose: The Business Process Analyst contributes to the implementation and optimization of the Integrated Management System at FA LATAM, ensuring its alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Their focus is on structuring, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation, ensuring quality standards and the integration of technological tools to optimize operational and organizational performance. Main Functions: Strategic Management and Organizational Alignment • Contribute to the implementation of action plans to achieve Fraser Alexander's strategic objectives in project-specific action plans managed by the Operational Excellence area. • Collaborate with internal managers to define, manage, and optimize indicators to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of processes. Process Optimization and Standardization • Document operating procedures, generate flowcharts, and maintain the process database up to date under defined standards, collaborating with internal stakeholders for their implementation. • Promote the identification and implementation of operational improvements in business processes, applying structured approaches for continuous improvement, process management, and operational optimization, tailored to business needs. • Participate in the creation and maintenance of a Knowledge Management System to ensure standardization and organizational learning. Transformación Digital y Gestión del Cambio Identificar y evaluar herramientas digitales para la automatización y digitalización de procesos de negocio.Implementar programas de capacitación y gestión del cambio para facilitar la adopción de cambios en la división. Continuous Improvement and Operational Performance: Identify opportunities for operational optimization and efficiency through process and data analysis.Implement solutions for monitoring and optimizing key processes.Promote Kaizen events and Agile methodologies to accelerate transformation and sustain improvements. Reporting and Management Control • Measure progress in the implementation of the Integrated Management System and its impact on operations, reporting periodically through digital dashboards. Report gaps and propose plans to close them. • Provide support to internal clients in the implementation of performance tracking tools. Inter-area Relationships and Collaboration • Act as a liaison between internal areas to promote process integration and alignment. • Share key insights, best practices, and business process benchmarking with other organizational units. Qualifications • Professional degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Civil) from an accredited university in Chile or abroad. Experience • Minimum of 1 year of experience in industries such as mining, energy, manufacturing, or consulting, or related sectors (productive). • Demonstrable experience implementing process-based management systems and developing corresponding documentation. • Experience developing automated reporting tools. • Experience implementing projects. Specific technical courses and certifications. • Advanced level of English, with the ability to participate in and lead meetings. Other knowledge and skills • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, and similar. • Knowledge of Business Process Management and Continuous Improvement Methodologies. • Experience in process modeling with BPMN 2.0 and digital transformation of operations.
