Role Summary: The function of the position must achieve, in a shared manner with all areas of Santiago and Antofagasta QRC´s, to ensure that the occupational health and safety management system is in accordance with the legal requirements, policies, procedures, and guidelines of the company assurance of the quality of products and processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Implementation and monitoring of quality management systems, in accordance with the standards: ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015. Implementation of strategies to address safety and quality culture or to raise awareness of new guidelines. Coordinate a program of random inspections to evaluate the quality of the processes. Coordinate analysis to determine preventive actions to reduce defects or improve processes. Issuance of reports/metrics of different indicators of the QRC´s. Lead interdepartmental groups solving problems related to KPI indicators. Lead root cause analysis to prevent quality problems derived from customer complaints. Guarantee the implementation and monitoring of Safety and Manufacturing Best Practices. Control and update the calibration program of the plant's measuring instruments and equipment. Coordinate training for plant personnel on issues of Safety and Quality and Continuous Improvement. Generate interactions with suppliers to ensure proper receipt of materials at the sites. Foster the culture of continuous improvement through the implementation of CI projects. Provide feedback and technical support to internal and external areas on issues related to Safety and Quality. Meet site goals according to the KPIs defined (Safety, COPQs, OTD, CARs, CSS, financial results). Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulations by the team. Ensure the relevant issuance of dimensional reports and all PNDs for the inspections carried out. Keep the Cority updated with all information of Safety Registers to ensure the correct advance in the system. Keep the Quality Quest updated with all the information of NCRs and ensure the correct closing of the report. Administration of the document system for the preparation of the dossier. Generate the inspection plan to ensure the quality of the parts/equipment that arrive/leave the Site. Generate photographic release reports of equipment in final assembly. Validate the quality of the information in the documents delivered by the production department. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or related field) and 3-5 years relevant experience. Solid knowledge in manufacturing processes. Knowledge of standards (ASME, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ASTM, API). Experience with development and implementation of PFMEA & Control Plan. Work Team Management Experience in problem solving (8D, A3, DMAIC, 3x5Whys, Fishbone, C&E). PMI project management. Mantener actualizado el Cority con toda la información de los Registros de Seguridad para asegurar el correcto avance en el sistema. Mantener actualizado el Quality Quest con toda la información de NCRs y asegurar el correcto cierre del informe. Administración del sistema documental para la preparación del dossier. Generar el plan de inspección para asegurar la calidad de las piezas/equipos que llegan/salen del Site. Generar los reportes de liberación fotográfica de los equipos en montaje final. Validar la calidad de la información de los documentos entregados por el departamento de producción. Otras tareas que le sean asignadas. Requisitos: Licenciatura en Ingeniería (Mecánica, Fabricación, Industrial o campo relacionado) y 3-5 años de experiencia relevante. Sólidos conocimientos en procesos de fabricación Conocimiento de normas (ASME, ISO 9001, ISO:45001, ISO:14001, ASTM, API) Experiencia en desarrollo e implementación de PFMEA y Plan de Control. Gestión de equipos de trabajo Experiencia en resolución de problemas (8D, A3, DMAIC, 3x5Whys, Fishbone, C&E). Gestión de proyectos PMI Habilidades Preferidas: Certificado Black Belt y/o Ejecución de proyectos Lean-Six Sigma (Green Belt, Lean Practitioner, KAIZEN).
