Job Summary The Tooling Coordinator will be responsible to maintain, coordinate, update records, visual inspection, and coordinate shipping to the tooling of warehouse. Tooling Coordinator will update the company databases as appropriate ensuring accurate materials and tooling status. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Track tooling and calibration work orders that are open and need to be processed.Track shipments that have been sent to customers/ Field Service Representatives to use in repairing customer parts as well as tools that are being retuned for calibration.Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that each kit has the proper quantity and tools needed.Update records of tools that have been calibrated or need calibration.Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that each kit has the proper quantity and tools needed.When new tools are purchased, they are added to database.Coordinate and package all supplies that will be needed by the outages.Monitor each kit before shipping to make sure there is a kit template and a calibration certificate enclosed.As stock are depleted issue purchase orders to vendors to order parts and maintain inventory of tools and supplies.Maintain warranty records for parts.
