Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the media sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to ensure high performance and goal achievement.Define and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue maximization.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, media agencies, and key stakeholders to expand our market presence.Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to needs analysis, stakeholder mapping, and product demonstration.Monitor and control the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with business objectives.Conduct budget management and financial control to optimize profitability and meet financial targets.Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities and enhance our media offering.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of media solutions.What We Expect From You:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.Fluent English proficiency.At least 5 years experience in media sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership skills, with 1 to 2 years of experience managing and developing sales teams.Expertise in media planning, digital advertising, and working with media agencies.Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels.Deep understanding of commercial processes, financial management, and pipeline control.Strategic mindset with the ability to solve problems and drive innovative solutions.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Data analysis skills, able to identify insights from customer data highly desirable.What you can expect from us:We won't just meet your expectations.
