Job Description Descripción El Líder Técnico de Proyectos – Sistemas de Control DeltaV Es un especialista que lidera técnica y estratégicamente proyectos de automatización industrial, aportando criterio técnico, colaboración y enfoque en la excelencia. Supervisar y coordinar las actividades técnicas del equipo de proyectos, incluyendo recursos internos, representantes e integrantes de terceros. Actuar como principal punto de contacto técnico con clientes para la definición de necesidades, alcance, criterios técnicos, métodos de trabajo y seguimiento de los proyectos. En este cargo sus responsabilidades son: Liderar técnicamente los proyectos asignados, velando por el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y buenas prácticas de ingeniería. Supervisar y coordinar las actividades técnicas del equipo de proyectos, incluyendo recursos internos, representantes e integrantes de terceros. Actuar como principal punto de contacto técnico con clientes para la definición de necesidades, alcance, criterios técnicos, métodos de trabajo y seguimiento de los proyectos. Participar activamente en la planificación de recursos, cronogramas, asignación de tareas y validación de entregables en conjunto con Project Managers y el Resource & Engineering Manager. Ejecutar y supervisar actividades de ingeniería, configuración, pruebas, staging, integración de gabinetes y puesta en marcha. Identificar e impulsar oportunidades de mejora continua, estandarización y sistematización de procesos y tareas. Brindar soporte técnico al área comercial en la elaboración de propuestas relacionadas con las soluciones que provee la compañía. Brindar soporte técnico a representantes e integradores. Contribuir al desarrollo técnico del equipo mediante actividades de capacitación y transferencia de conocimiento. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las directrices de HSE, PMO, QA, Trade Compliance y la adopción de herramientas corporativas como Clarity. Mantener una comunicación clara y oportuna sobre el estado técnico de los proyectos y realizar el control de horas asignadas al equipo de ingeniería. Quien eres: Generas confianza y credibilidad a través de tu conocimiento técnico, tu integridad y tu compromiso con la calidad. Trabajas de manera colaborativa, construyendo relaciones efectivas con clientes y equipos diversos para alcanzar objetivos comunes. Para este rol usted necesitará: Titulado de carreras como: Ingeniero eléctrico, electrónico, Automatización o afín). Experiencia práctica liderando o participando activamente en proyectos de automatización industrial y sistemas de control. Conocimiento funcional de sistemas DCS, idealmente DeltaV, y experiencia en actividades de ingeniería, pruebas y puesta en marcha en entornos industriales. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades en proyectos complejos. Al menos 5 años de experiencia en tareas similares y como líder de grupo. Conocimiento de inglés oral y escrito (Nivel intermedio). Probada experiencia de trabajo en Planta. Alta disponibilidad para viajar dentro y fuera del del país. Disponibilidad para viajar a campo. Requerida Licencia de Conducir Clase B. Conocimientos en sistemas de gestión de calidad. Calificaciones que le harán sobresalir: Experiencia en Sistemas de Virtualización y Sistemas Operativos de Microsoft. Conocimientos en Redes TCP/IP y Arquitectura de Redes (redes OT, VLANs, etc.). Conocimientos en conceptos de Cyberseguridad. Conocimientos en sistema de control DCS (Delta V) o PLC.
