Develop sales channel training material and coordinates training to ensure representatives and local Emerson organizations are technically qualified to promote, quote and sell Analytical products and solutions and to successfully challenge against major competitors promoting product differentiation to eliminate price erosion.Assist in the development of marketing collateral and Analytical’s differentiation documents for widespread use.Provides consultative selling assistance to their main customers in Southern Cone.Identify and target key applications and accounts for increased penetration in industry segments.Provide direction on target accounts based on business unit segmentation strategies.Participate in project pursuit and account penetration planning and execution. Develops and implements project strategies to aggressively pursue and win major project business for Analytical.Implements the strategic selling tactics as empowered by the leaders of Southern Cone.Supervise pricing and discounting according to authority levels.Provide ongoing feedback on success of strategy implementation.Keeps records of the incoming orders by account, by product groups, industry, representative and territory.Perform inside sales and administrative activities as needed and/or requested by the business leaders of the region. Identifies and communicates to his manager main competitor’s actions and strategies, or relevant accounts changes.Verifies the incoming purchase orders in terms of product selection and sizing correctness, completeness of any required configuration or application data sheet.Support local trade show participation.Actively participates in product improvement and development projects to ensure that products best fit industry needs and work with other groups to implement development efforts.
