What You'll DoJob SummaryPrimary responsibility is to manage main industrial accounts designed to increase sales in the Central America marketplace with emphasis on Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras. Provide sales and technical assistance to distributors, panel builders, and end customers.Reinforce the different programs of Marketing and Sales.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and lead a sales plan to achieve the planned goals in the Industrial segment of the Central America region. Implement customer visit plans defined by management (in person) to ensure increased business relationships, identify new opportunities, and monitor competitors' actions.Conduct weekly reviews with all involved areas of the organization regarding order plan progress for the month and quarter, as well as project pipeline opportunities registered in Eaton's CRM.Stay aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitive activities, communicating such information to management.Maintain a cooperative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.Manage expense allowances and submit expense reports promptly.Prepare and present bids and quotations to customers using company price and delivery guidelines, applying sound business judgment to enhance margins.Support total quality efforts by providing timely and accurate order entry information.Report quality issues to management.Ensure accurate information flow to and from customers.Implement new product programs as needed, and collect, analyze, and utilize market intelligence data on competitors, customer needs, preferences, and buying habits.Provide necessary reports and surveys requested by management promptly.Comply with responsibilities related to MESH and EQS Management Systems.Implement marketing programs and initiatives developed to grow the industrial market in the Central America region.Develop and support the necessary channel network (specialized distributors and panel builders) to grow in focus markets.Lead and implement demand generation plans with end users and channels to increase customer awareness of Eaton's solutions.QualificationsMust have:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Electronic Engineering.Over 5 years of experience attending to industrial processes (markets/customers).Commercial experience.Public relations and teamwork skills.Intermediate knowledge of English.Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).DesirableAutoCAD.Experience in industrial automation and key equipment for this segment (Drives, Soft Starters, relays/PLCs, others).SkillsSoft skills / Habilidades blandasThe successful candidate must possess a good understanding of selling techniques, Eaton's capabilities, market channels, and technical applications of products. The work environment requires motivation and initiative. In-depth market/industry knowledge is essential. Familiarity with products and their applications is necessary.
