Summary The Associate Director of Engineering is a newly introduced leadership role at Deel, responsible for managing and scaling engineering teams within the Performance Review & Org Chart domain. This role will be critical in ensuring engineering efforts align with business objectives, customer needs, and Deel’s growth strategies. You will lead multiple teams, driving the development and execution of Deel’s product roadmap while fostering a high-performing and collaborative engineering culture.
