As Partner Sales Manager based in Santiago, Chile, you will be at the heart of this mission, playing a key role in accelerating our indirect sales strategy across Latin America.You will work closely with our strategic partners to co-develop transformation plans that reflect both their local market dynamics and our global ambitions. In this highly collaborative role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners unlock business opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and build long-term capabilities aligned with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform vision.Key responsibilities include:Act as a strategic point of contact for our 3DS partners, guiding them in client engagements and championing the Dassault Systèmes value propositionCo-design go-to-market strategies, sales plans, and transformation roadmaps with partners, aligned with GEO growth targets and global initiativesConduct regular governance and performance reviews with partners and internal stakeholders to assess progress and course-correct where necessaryDrive partner enablement programs, including certifications, learning journeys, and cloud transformation plans to support evolving business modelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support co-marketing, co-selling, and industry-specific campaignsLead pipeline reviews, support lead generation activities, and contribute to the creation of new business opportunitiesEncourage a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and customer-centricity within the partner ecosystemPromote inclusivity and diversity in partnerships by supporting equal growth opportunities, inclusive engagement practices, and a shared vision for sustainabilityQualificationsWe welcome candidates from diverse professional and personal backgrounds who are excited by technology and inspired by partnership-driven growth.
