DAf, an integrated creative agency for wine, spirits, is looking for an advanced english speaker to fill the role of Supervisor for international projects. Located in Santiago de Chile, the successful candidate will be accountable for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction while closely managing the day-to-day flow of deliverables among the team to ensure on-time, on-scope execution in all regards. This client-facing role involves regular client contact through calls, presentations and onsite meetings. Exceptional internal collaboration across the agency service delivery teams (Creative and Production) is essential. Skills and Responsibilities Languages: Advanced English and mid-level Spanish.Transform client briefs into creative briefs that both meet the Creative team’s needs and provide a blueprint from which to build a strong strategy, working alongside creative leads.Establish clear objectives and day-to-day priorities. Monitor and ensure that all client deliverables are met and handed over in a timely manner and exceed expectations. Communicate, interpret and help prioritize client feedback to internal teams, to ensure rapid turnaround and execution on campaign elements.Obtain quotes from service providers and work closely with Accounting and Production teams to prepare estimates and work hours for all projects relating to the account.Develop and deliver client budgets and invoices.Proactively seek out and drive opportunities to grow and expand existing scope through incremental project work.Manage Creative and Production team through program development efforts; including meeting planning, agendas and meeting notes, production timelines, internal and client routing, team/client communication, and understanding of specifics of communication changes.Obtain client approvals on presented deliverables, briefs, estimates, etc.Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal team members, and external business partners.

DAf, an integrated creative agency specializing in wine and spirits, is looking for a English-speaking writer to fill the role of Copywriter. This is a part-time position based in Santiago, Chile. At least two years’ experience in content creation (preferred) or journalism/creative writing is essential. The Copywriter is in charge of coordinating the agency’s own communications, as well as supporting on creative projects for clients. They are also the point of call for all proofing and editing. You will report to the agency’s Founder to organize, write and maintain the agency’s external communications, as well as edit/approve a variety of written materials that leave the agency’s hands. In parallel, you will report to the Creative Supervisor as Copywriter, to write creative brand storytelling, video scripts, taglines, web copy and more for the agency’s clients.
