As aClinical Operations Manager , you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.You will partner with a global pharmaceutical client advancing the development of medicines, biologic therapies, and vaccines for diseases like cancer, cardio-metabolic diseases, Alzheimer's, and infectious diseases. Be prepared to work in an environment driven by innovation and continuous improvement. What you will be doingManage a local clinical team effectively, maximizing resource use to meet operational, quality, and fiscal targets while ensuring employee engagement, retention, and growth. Oversee personnel, recruitment, financial goals, and overall operations of the clinical research site. Verify CRA performance against ICON standards and metrics through efficient resource utilization and adherence to performance metrics. Lead the local Clinical Operations team, including CRAs, IHCRAs, and CTAs, depending on team size and structure. Support your team to deliver a high-performing culture by managing attrition, development, and engagement. Conduct performance assessments, goal setting, and development planning. Empower and coach your team to achieve their objectives. Follow key principles regarding resourcing, leadership, training, quality, and operational delivery at regional/country levels, including oversight of productivity and quality metrics, team meetings, performance reviews, promotions, and CTMS updates. You are:Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of Clinical Research experience, including at least 4 years as a Senior or Principal CRA (or Lead CRA), or 2 years as a Project Manager, CRA Manager, or similar role. Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and medical data evaluation skills. Occasional travel as needed. Fluent in English and the host country language, both written and spoken.
