We're looking for aChief Financial Officer (CFO)to lead our financial strategy and operations across Chile, Perú and Bolivia. This is a mission-critical role for a finance executive who can deliver value, inspire teams, and act as a strategic partner to the business. As CFO, you'll lead our regional finance function, overseeing all financial operations and becoming a key advisor to the CEO. You'll identify opportunities, drive performance, reduce risk and ensure full compliance, while empowering your team and promoting a strong financial culture across the organization. What You'll Do Partner with the CEO and leadership team, providing strategic insights and decision-making support. Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis across the region. Oversee cash flow, collections, payments, and treasury management, ensuring financial stability and alignment with group standards. Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting under IFRS, and full compliance with local tax and legal requirements. Drive initiatives for cost optimization, margin improvement, and operational efficiency. Manage internal controls, audits, and risk mitigation strategies. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, with strong focus on talent development and engagement. Promote cross-functional collaboration and embed financial thinking across the business. Support digital transformation and the continuous improvement of finance tools and processes. Minimum Qualifications: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields. At least8 years of senior financial leadership experience , ideally within multinational or matrixed environments. Track record of managing large teams and collaborating with C-level executives. Solid expertise in financial planning, treasury, tax, accounting, and internal controls. Fluency inSpanish and Englishis highly valued.
