We have a fantastic opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Chile, hired as an Independent Contractor.

You will be the point of call for some of our leading VIP's and it will be a great opportunity to provide excellent service to our customers while striving to create the best experience for them.

A Taster of What You Will Be Involved With

Assist VIP customers with great service, including outside of core working hours.
Support document requests as required by local compliance.
Examine the value proposition offered to customers by competitors, ensuring we stay ahead of the game.
Work with the central team to propose and plan experiences and promotions of interest to our customers.
Take responsibility for increasing your product and brand knowledge, sharing new features to relevant customers.
Remote work.

What We Are Looking For

Several years' experience managing a portfolio of clients in a KAM gaming team, or in a consumer-facing organization.
In-depth knowledge of segmentation, CRM, and campaigns.
Ability to build a VIP management strategy.
Passionate about sports and casino.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Native-level communication in Spanish & English, both spoken and written.
A burning desire to provide the ultimate player experience.
