Our Chilean office is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive with advanced English proficiency to drive growth and strengthen client relationships. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Executive at Aviareps Chile. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales strategies, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets. This role is based in Santiago, with flexibility for some remote work. Key ResponsabilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed defined objectives.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the travel and tourism industry.Promote and sell travel-related products, including airline, hotel, and destination services.Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends to enhance the company’s market presence.Collaborate with regional and global teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.Prepare detailed sales reports and market insights for internal and external stakeholders.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the tourism or aviation industry.Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.Strong knowledge of the travel and tourism market, including destinations and industry trends.Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of successful sales performance.Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary with a performance-based commission structure.Career growth opportunities within a global organization.A dynamic, multicultural, and supportive work environment.Continuous training and professional development programs.Health Insurance coverage to ensure your well-being.
