This includes many of Adobe’s largest and most strategic customers. This leader is a mentor as well as a coach and is a true evangelist for the needs of the business.What You’ll DoProvide a world-class experience for our customers and drive overall customer satisfactionIn conjunction with the product teams, develop and implement a winning strategy for the business. It is imperative to lay the foundation for long-term success. Develop a team of high performers. This requires every individual to have a development plan which includes a path for building capabilities that ensure a successful career inside Adobe. Collaborate with the internal Adobe ecosystem and Adobe partner teams to ensure that all parties are aligned and are completing the short-term and long-term goals of the organization. Drive bookings for Adobe business in the Region. Deliver performance against goals consistently and predictably. Build executive level relationships within the marketing (CMO), creative, and IT (CTO/CIO) roles at our customers. Manage with passion and disciplineBuild strong, lasting relationships with clients and partnersTrack, monitor, and accurately forecast business across the territoryWhat You Need To Succeed7-10+ years managing high-performance teams to over-attainment of goalsA validated sales track record in solution-based SaaS offerings with consistent over-achievement of sales targets in past positions.
