What You'll Do

🔧 Own all Calisto Pro products - Work, Sync, Core, Navigator, Assure
🏗️ Architect on Microsoft Power Platform - Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure
🔌 Build integrations - Channel managers (Channex, Guesty, Hostaway), APIs, webhooks
🎯 Enable sales & customers - Technical demos, escalations, documentation
📊 Set up growth infrastructure - CRM, dashboards, marketing automation
👥 Mentor & build - Lay foundations for high-performing engineering org

What We Need

Must Have:

• 5+ years software development with technical leadership
• Strong Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• API integrations and webhook architecture expertise
• Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Storage)
• Database design & optimization (SQL/Dataverse)
• Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Fluent English + Professional Spanish

Bonus Points:

• Property management or hospitality tech experience
• Channel manager familiarity (Guesty, Hostaway, Channex)
• Frontend skills (React, JavaScript)
• Multi-tenant SaaS platform experience
• Startup/scale-up background
