Job Summary

The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for providing guidance and thought leadership to both our client and internal resources in platform design, integration design, development standards, platform management methods, and technology strategy consulting. A Thirdera Senior Solution Architect has a high level of understanding in scripting and app development, including familiarity with web services, API, and mobile application design. Experience preferred: ITSM ITILv3.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor other developers to ensure the highest standard of technical quality.
• Fulfills technical designing, creating, documenting, and communicating the integration approach of all the components of the architecture.
• Research, analyze, and propose solution alternatives that address specific business needs.
• Educates clients and negotiates the right technical solutions.
• Deliver a positive and value-add experience to clients in every interaction.
• Assist in the scoping of new opportunities and designing tools and techniques.
• Ensure all artifacts and interactions are of the highest quality.
• Acts as the final escalation point for technical decision-making.
• Build teams that can execute.
• Provide technical coaching and oversight to other developers/architects.
• Define evaluation processes for hiring that fit market needs.
• Conduct interviews to screen and identify the best candidates.
• Periodic evaluation of team capabilities.
• Define emerging skill sets and identify training needs.
• Align resource requirements based on demand projections.
• Record training and development plans in partnership with HR.

Certifications Required

• ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
• Proven experience in two additional product lines outside of ITSM.
