The Role

We are seeking an Associate Project/Project Manager to join our Global Clinical Supplies Team. This role can be office-based, hybrid, or fully home-based.

A Day in the Life

This role provides complete oversight of the supply chain for sophisticated global clinical trials. You will ensure project activities comply with company and client requirements and act as a representative for the department on all assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop study-specific plans for each assigned project.
  • Coordinate efforts with internal teams, provide recommendations and updates on project reports.
  • Integrate clinical supplies activities into the supply chain.
  • Participate in ongoing training on new regulations.
  • Represent the department at meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain existing tools and seek improvement opportunities.
  • Act as the client contact for supply chain requests.

Keys to Success

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant qualifications.
  • 5+ years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and databases.
  • Strong customer focus with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good understanding of clinical supply operations.
