Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Postdoctorate Researcher based in Santiago. The researcher will be responsible for conducting high-level academic research, publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring graduate-level students, and participating in academic conferences. The role also includes contributing to the university’s research goals through innovative projects and engagement in knowledge-sharing activities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in academic research, data analysis, and scholarly writing
• Publication experience in peer-reviewed journals and knowledge of research methodologies
• Strong collaboration and mentorship skills to guide graduate-level students
• Effective presentation and communication skills for academic conferences
• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish for effective participation in research projects
• PhD or equivalent in a relevant field
• Experience or interest in global collaboration and interdisciplinary research is a plus
