• Position Summary:**\ We're looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team. This individual will work closely with senior engineers to support the development and maintenance of our SaaS platform. Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining front-end and back-end components of our SaaS application.
• Contribute to the development of APIs and internal tools.
• Implement user feedback into new product features and improvements.
• Support testing and debugging efforts to ensure reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions with team members.
• Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share learnings with the team.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English; able to participate in daily standups, code reviews, and written technical discussions.
• Access to a stable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment suitable for remote development.
• Some experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks like Vue.js or React.
• Exposure to server-side languages (PHP, Node.js) and database systems (MySQL, Postgres).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack).
• Demonstrated interest in AI and large language models (LLMs) is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with shifting priorities.
• A mission-first mindset: a desire to contribute to technology that drives societal progress.

• Experience with Laravel, Tailwind, Docker, or vector/graph databases.
