Role Overview
We are seeking Intake Receptionists to serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. Your mission is to identify how our services meet client needs, record details and case histories before appointments, and ensure a smooth client journey.
Responsibilities
- Screening, referring, and updating referral contacts.
- Backing up the company’s receptionist when needed.
- Scheduling meetings and consultations.
- Responding to phone and email queries.
- Completing intake paperwork and entering data into our CRM system.
- Maintaining electronic documents and records.
- Supporting business growth through a lead generation database.
- Continuously learning client processes to enhance internal strategies.
Qualifications
- 15 months of experience or a related degree.
- Customer-focused communication skills.
- Advanced/native-level English (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Access to a reliable PC, headset, and high-speed internet.
