About The Role

GenAI models are improving rapidly, and one of our goals is to enhance their ability to handle specialized questions and complex reasoning. As an AI Tutor in Coding, you'll collaborate on diverse projects, including:

• Code generation and review
• Prompt evaluation and complex data annotation
• Training and evaluation of large language models
• Benchmarking and agent-based code execution
• Multi-language programming
• Adapting guidelines for new domains
• Collaboration with project leads and engineers

Flexibility and quick adaptation to new requirements are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related fields
• 3+ years of experience in Java 17+
• Advanced English level (C1 or above)
• Hands-on experience with JUnit 5, TestNG, Mockito, and TestContainers
• Proficiency with build tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with the Spring ecosystem and microservices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containers
• Strong debugging and profiling skills
• Enthusiasm to learn new methods
