We’re hiring a Founding Brand Partner who is not just a salesperson or strategist but an execution-driven rainmaker.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and expand enterprise partnerships from handshake to success.
• Shape brand perception and evangelize a new marketing category with startup intensity.
• Drive outcomes that demonstrate R3ference as the future of marketing.
• Build and refine a scalable go-to-market playbook for LatAm and the US.
• Bridge brand goals with impactful distribution nationally.
• Dominate Chile and position R3ference as the go-to OS for modern brands.

Candidate Profile

• Networked: Direct connections with 20+ CEOs/CMOs in Chile and LatAm.
• Proven closer: Track record in landing enterprise brand deals, effectively communicating value.
• Operationally sharp: End-to-end execution, budgeting understanding, and leverage engagement.
• Market fluent: Expertise in selling to complex organizations and driving urgency among decision-makers.
• Startup-ready: Ability to build processes from scratch, align sales with product roadmaps, and drive immediate results.

Background Qualifications

• Experience as Senior BD in a leading marketing tech company.
• Brand strategy expertise from a top Chilean or regional agency.
• Director-level partnerships experience in major media or creator groups.
• Or, you are the go-to person for brands needing guaranteed results.
