Role Overview

We are seeking a Field Services Engineer to support BESS and Solar PV projects execution, commissioning, and post-sales activities. This role is fully on-site in Copiapó and requires hands-on technical involvement in utility-scale and industrial solar/BESS projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in BESS/Solar PV project execution, commissioning, and post-sales service activities.
• Manage Service Request (SR) tickets according to client needs and service standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to complete tasks and projects in line with established policies and procedures.
• Understand and execute the full project scope, including installation supervision, cold commissioning, hot commissioning, system integration, troubleshooting, and project acceptance.
• Conduct site audits for BESS/Solar plant locations.
• Prepare site audit and commissioning reports.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues to ensure optimal system performance.

Work Experience & Knowledge

• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Electrical Engineering degree in Electromechanics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience with basic knowledge of design and power generation systems.
• Knowledge of project management and strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Microsoft Project tools management.

📍 Copiapó, Chile (On-site role – field-based position)
