Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Risk and Trust Specialist/Leader who will physically work in Chile but for the Canadian Deloitte firm. This position requires advanced English skills to effectively communicate with Canadian colleagues and clients.

Main Functions

• Lead assessments of technologies to manage data risks
• Negotiate third-party agreements for data risk management
• Draft privacy notices and manage data policies
• Develop training materials on data risk management strategies
• Analyze data for trends and produce reporting

Required Experience

• Advanced English; French is a plus
• Experience in compliance, risk management, law, or AI
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and encryption
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
