About The Role

• Participates in advanced analytics projects like Pricing & MMM, and fundamental Business Intelligence analytics (reporting and simplification).
• Supports the analysis and implements new processes to improve company performance and profitability based on Syndicated data.
• Collaborates in the implementation of the right visualization of reports, analysis, and dashboards to drive business decisions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Support Implementation of Analytics Plan, participating in ETL processes and building the data Lake.
• Create new visualizations and analytics according to Colgate needs to support decision making.
• Participate in the Implementation of Category pricing decks to support pricing strategies.
• Support advanced analytics marketing mix modeling for core categories.
• Assist in main business review presentations to understand consumption behaviors.
• Ensure quality requirements and enhancements are met.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics, International Business, or Statistics.
• At least 2 years of experience in insights/marketing/business intelligence positions.
• Intermediate/advanced English level.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL (intermediate/advanced).

Preferred Qualifications

• Data Science experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
